I started working in the finance industry in 1995 for NWS Bank who were part of Bank of Scotland. I was selling personal loans over the telephone at first but then soon moved over to their asset finance division. Abbey National approached me in 2000, as they were establishing an asset finance division, however I moved back to Bank of Scotland in 2004 when Abbey National decided they were going to sell off all their non-core businesses, which included asset finance. A year later the directors of Asset Finance Solutions (UK) Ltd approached me to become one of their first brokers and that’s when we established Scollick Business Finance Ltd which in 2026 has undertaken the exciting transition to Inglestone Finance Ltd.

When I am not working you will probably find me on the golf course having been a keen golfer for most of my life, or walking our dogs to a nice country pub

I began my career in finance at Yorkshire Bank in 1998 as a lending support administrator and in 2001 moved over to their asset finance department. In 2004 I accepted a role with Bank of Scotland where I first met Rob and a year later having just married and a baby on the way we established Scollick Business Finance Ltd.

For many years I supported the company in the background while raising our family, and now I have taken on the role as HR manager in order to support the company as it grows.

Away from the office, I love hosting family get togethers or walking the dogs in our beautiful countryside.

Rebecca has gained a wealth of knowledge since joining Scollick Business Finance in 2019.  Previously worked at the horsebox manufacturer, Equi-Trek, and regularly worked with our team introducing customers.

​Rebecca’s focus is on helping her customers – both existing and new – to secure funding and remove barriers to accessing finance.

​Although we work with a variety of industries, Rebecca works closely with the arboriculture industry.  Rebecca says “My priority is making the process of obtaining finance as easy and as stress-free as possible for both supplies and customers. Building relationships with clients and customers is very important to me, I want them to know I’m always willing to help and support them whenever I can”.

​When not devoting time to work, Rebecca can be found spending quality time with her gorgeous dog Ozzy, and in fact any dog!

As a Finance Broker, Will helps businesses access funds to acquire vehicles and machinery.

​Will has been with Scollick Business Finance since July 2024, having previously worked in the Motor Finance industry.

​Will says “I find Asset Finance more enjoyable as we deal with all types of businesses in various industries, buying anything from a tractor to a Lamborghini”.

Although he can finance anything, he specifically focuses on the Prestige Vehicle and Construction sectors.

​In his spare time, Will enjoys playing a variety of sports including football, tennis and padel.

Scot has worked within the commercial finance sector for 15 years starting out working for an asset finance lender for 7 years supporting established and new start businesses.

Scot has since worked as a business finance broker offering a variety of finance solutions over the last 8 years developing an in-depth knowledge of unsecured business loans to support expansion, new start ventures and acquisitions.

The most rewarding part of the job is to see businesses flourish and grow to reach their full potential as part of the funding provided.

In his spare time Scot enjoys coarse fishing, country walks and great food.

Lili-May has worked in the finance industry for two years now, starting at 19 as an intern. Since starting she has found a passion for helping businesses secure funding with products such as business loans and asset finance for a variety of industries.

The most rewarding part of Lili-May’s role as a Junior Finance Broker, is building a relationship with the customers as they grow as a business.

In her spare time Lili-May enjoys the gym, dog walks and trying new activities.
